A horrible and frustrating  experience with Verizon , Fios , spent hours on the phone with tech and customer service to get no where in my problem and being hung up on twice and no call back .  One of my  stb box no longer works so now I have to up grade all my boxes . Imagine that working out well. They will not honor my lifetime grandfathered in discounts  which states on my statement it has no expiration . Customer service being slick pushing ad ons  faster internet more channels to get more money.  So my problem was not resolved and I would rather have the box not working then go thru with new boxes and bill changes. One more incident I will cancel the entire verizon packages and go with their  competitors cable , Spectrum.
