Customer service

My current experience with Verizon took over a month and a half to reconcile and at least a half a dozen hour long calls.  I added a phone line along with a watch and that took 11 calls just to connect service.
They couldn’t port the watch so I was given a temporary number which they charged me an activation fee and a $30 one time charge for the 3 days I had it.  And this was due to something they could not connect.   They also charged my established phone lines a $30 fee.  When I called for a credit, I was either transferred to another rep, hung up on, had a rude representative, wasn’t called back, was told it was approved and processed, which it never was. Finally, I got a representative Robert, who actually resolved my issue and credited my account.  I always thought Verizon had top-notch customer service but not anymore. If it wasn’t for Robert, this would still be an ongoing problem. Verizon isn’t what it used to be and I’m going to switch carries.  Their customer service is inexperienced and rude
