I have not received my $300 e gift card/rebate. Status remains as "Submitted". Only other detail reads "Your rebate should be processed around Jan 09, 2025." Tried resolving via chat & got nowhere. Based on the week long nightmare I had with customer support when I needed help with number transfer/porting, I would like to avoid the phone call circus again, if possible.
