Hello,
I would like to request assistance with my account. Following damage to a drop-line on my property, I was informed by customer service that I am not responsible for the cost of repair, and I have this in writing. A third party entity (CMR) is now stating the opposite, claiming that I am responsible for the claim, and is seeking payment.
Since Verizon has told me that I am not responsible, why is this third party saying that I am responsible?
