Data use not showing at times

I have one phone on my account that continuously has periods where data, message history and call logs do not show on the account. Currently this device is not showing any data use since February 20, the only messages and calls showing are from another phone on same account. This only happens with this particular phone. I’ve compared all settings on each phone and they are identical. I have no issues with the other two phones on my plan. This has been an ongoing issue since the phones were activated.

Bet your kid's ticked now, but you have to be the parent, right? 😉 The data logs don't always update that regularly. There have been times in my account where it didn't update for a week and then bam! a whole week's worth of data use would suddenly appear as a lump sum listed for one day. Sometimes it updates every 2 or so days, but not always. Something with Verizon's server.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

We're sorry to hear that you're having problem with viewing your usage. Are you having issues no the app and the website? Can you share the troubleshooting you've tried so far?

Is this the same phone which your teenager has been re-enabling apps and hiding data usage, etc.? If so, it's related to that.

Fortunately I fixed that problem. 😀 This is the other phone on my account. This has happened before on this one phone but after checking settings and doing a few suggested things it worked itself out until recently. I’ve done all the things as before and it’ll work itself out for a few days then it goes back to not showing data use.
