Really dismayed at my niece having to surrender my dead sister's phone to them to disconnect the service! Why? She owned it! Also, I was tricked into a watch and tablet! When they said "promotion", they didn't discuss the fee with me! Thinking of going with my husband's service, which isn't Verizon!
