Decline in customer service

I have stayed with Verizon for over a decade because I always felt respected and taken care of.  They felt like Trader Joes.... The customer is the center of it all. Lately, I've been saddened to see the use of overseas call centers. I have gotten wrong info and have been blown off. Verizon is making me feel like ATT... Angry and shoved around. I want real people from the US helping me. If they can't do this I'm going to leave
