I am enrolled "active" Equipment Protection Extended Warranty, billed automatically every month . $0 deductible unlimited claims, cracked screens etc.my screen cracked today, I attempted to submit a claim, after thoroughly reviewing my contract and coverage. . Started a claim. At the very end opps you are not eligible. 2 mins prior a screenshot I took shows my mobile number and account are active and enrolled and I can find that status under my Service Perks!!!!
what has happened to Vzw ? I finally have my (1 mobile line unlimited talk and text $104 plan) back on track...11 months ago my bill went from $120 to $450 then back down this continued and I continued paying 200$ every 2 weeks to keep service yet no one was able to explain the detailed statements I provided of each bill period usage and amount owed... surprisingly this will be 1st month in a year that my bill is $112 yay idk where all the hundreds of dollars I was being charged went but now I'm paying for protection for a cracked phone Screen and now I'm not eligible. But I a, enrolled and the device protection fee is again listed on my wireless bill again so help me understand am I the only vzw customer extremely dissatisfied with Verizon.
