We transferred 6 lines from TMobile to Verizon at Costco and were promised 6 - $250 Costco cash cards when we began 3 year contracts. We were told we would receive the Costco cash cards 3 months later if we didn't return or quit our contract. This transaction took place on August 17 in Bend, Oregon. I messaged Verizon inquiring about our cash cards and they said they see nothing in our contract about this. Then I found this discussion board and apparently I am not the only person this has happened to. I sincerely hope Verizon and Costco will back up the promises they advertised.
