AI will make Verizon lose more $$$ than they save..
'I've had a Verizon Wireless account for nine years of excellent customer service. Now I can't believe the hassle to get a live person about a crazy overbilling.
They insist on having an AI help you and there is almost no way to get your answers from a robot on anything beyond a yes or no answer.
