The login process has become ridiculous. For the last few months every time I try to login to my account it rejects my name/number and password. They are correct! So then it directs me to change my password. Which I do…and then makes me login again?….. It then rejects this password/username. Has anyone encountered this. Right now Verizon has decided to lock my account and guess what! It wants me to change my password????????
