I have no idea where this is going to post since there is no answer to my ? of how to write a review about Verizon in this forum. This adds to my disappointment with Verizon. I wanted to express my frustration with the horrible customer service during my last 4 calls to Verizon cs. I've been with Verizon for 10+ years and just bought a new phone with a new contract under an apparently false assumption that the CS was still superior. I called tech 3x with simple issues and the techs could not help me fix ANY of the problems with my new phone. I then called to ask a simple question about my account and the agent, obviously outsourced, told me her system crashed and she couldn't find my account. She was able to verify my information but couldn't help me with my account? The customer service has become "beyond awful" in a short period of time at Verizon and I am left wondering what the **** happened at Verizon that allowed for this disturbing change. I'm also left with a new contract that I wouldn't have had I known Verizon CS isn't what it once was.
