I am having an with my Dads phone,My Dad doesn't even know how to send a text message at 93 years old he certainly isn't going to spend much time on the phone talking. His phone was disconnected by the Network Compliance Department for "Data usage." He cant even send a text!! I have emailed the compliance Department and just as someone else stated, I have not received a reply from anyone at Verizon. This is a safety issue, my Dad needs to be able to contact someone in case of emergency!!
Could someone contact me to get my Dads phone turned back on? Verizon has also deleted his phone from my account. NICE after being a customer for over 20 years..
