I've been with Verizon 17 years. It even thanks me at the top of my account page ๐ That aside apparently, Verizon has reduced my 20% line discount to 15%. They've removed my Autopay + Paperless discount because I don't have an Unlimited Plan. Not eligible for the Veteran discount because I don't have an Unlimited or a 5G plan. Bill goes up every quarter with no plan change. I'm sure the company Board is highly paid and Verizon profits just fine. Make it make sense. They don't treat you well because you're not a squeaky wheel or want to change companies every year to get new customer rates? What are you guys doing to lower your bills? Is the only option to pull up 17 year old stakes? #tired #longtimemember
