I was two days past my 30 day trial period when my hearing doctor confirmed that it was my z fold 6 that was having compatibility issues with my walkie talkie at work, my navigation in my truck, text to speech, etc., after 5 hours of explaining that iPhone worked flawlessly with everything before and that i HAD to switch back, an affect finally said i could exchange it in the store, pay a restocking fee, and purchase an iPhone 16 at the promotional price for a new customer adding a new line as if i was starting over. My understanding was that he was sending me the transcript, but he only sent a short email stating i wouldn’t have any problems with the exchange at the appointment he made and that he left extensive notes.
Well that was a lie. No extensive notes, and the store didn’t do the exchange. So i called the disabilities phone number, where they also told me NO, even though it was just 2 days over, but when i read the email, the woman did seem to make efforts to try to resolve things for me. Sent me a return label for the z fold 6, and was supposed to order an iPhone for me and call me back at a designated time after work that day to help me switch my cellular service to a spare phone. Never called, and now they are saying they can’t do anything about it because it’s past 30 days. WHAT??!! This is literally an unsafe phone for me to use!!!
