Hello Team,
Ask: Leadership level contact to discuss situation in detail and come to a resolution that aligns with what I understood from the beginning.
Situation: I have been a 19 plus year customer and have been for the most part satisfied with all the years of service until most recently re the iPhone 16 Pro promotion in Sept plus plan change. I spent 3 plus hours on the phone 12/24/24 with three representatives with no resolution without impact to me and not aligned to what I signed up for in Sept re the new promotion. What I’m currently experiencing re my account is not good business ethics. In Sept 2024 before I made the big decision to take advantage of the iPhone 16 promotion and plan change I had two conversation, each call over 1 hour, with the same Verizon.rep before moving forward. Now in month four of my new plan obviously what I was told, outlined, and documented is not aligning with my current bill. I would appreciate a call from leadership re this situation and come to a resolution. Thank you in advance for the contact. Thank you

Thank you team for the quick responses after my post! Shout out ti Jesse! Thank you for taking the time to actually research the submission # and find the promotion that I was suppose to have received from Sept. I look forward to hearing from the Promotion dept in 7-10 days on approval with my Sept promotion which impacts my monthly bill.
