Has anyone else had an issue with an invalid pin for an e-gift card?
I traded in my Iphone and was issued a $150 gift card, but the pin is invalid so I can not use it. I was on the phone for 1.5 hours with a customer service representative yesterday, but it was not resolved. I am not sure what to do at this point, I feel cheated by Verizon ๐

I traded in 2 phones last year and the PIN number on the e gift card is invalid. I spent hours with various reps getting nowhere. I feel cheated. Verizon owes me $335.00 and $180.00.
