I have tried multiple times to change my E911 address with no resolution. I have also contacted 2 different verizon representatives and they have not been able to help. When ever I enter my address, it says it is an invalid address. I have recently moved to a new address and the house is in a new community, however, I have been able to change my verizon service address and billing address with zero problems. And the community is already set up for everything..we have paved streets, all fire and ambulances can get t o my house with no issues..its a regular neighborhood that is finished already. I have changed my address with the postal sevice with zero issues. I have checked with the local police department and they are able to recognize my address with no problems. It baffles me in 2023 why verizon cannot or will not correct this issue.
