Egift card

I switched and brought my own phones to verizon, I received 4 egift cards in my email...when I went to use them, 3 were totally gone and one kept says invalid number...I can tell you that I have went round and round with customer service and sat on hold for countless hours...they kept saying they would replace them until time passed and they coulkdnt find them anymore. I am telling you now..you are only a money to these people...they dont make it right
