We have been customers of Verizon for many years. We have been told by agents that we are eligible for the 55+ plan but that our account does not reflect the discount. What is that supposed to mean? Has anyone else been getting this run around, as we have been for months? Guess it is time to report this dishonesty and move to another carrier.
