Verizon apparently doesn't really want our feedback. I can find no way of notifying Verizon that CSR flat out lied to me and sent me off to a non Verizon store . (It's in the Chat logs)
My only option is to call the same support team who already gave be incorrect advice multiple time because the lookup database had wrong information. Note: Verizon moderator this is in the chat log. For example, the CSR keep telling the wrong key strokes to enter safe mode.
When I made follow-up calls to say how dissatisfied I was to be sent hour long journey only to fine nobody really seemed concerned that the call centers where giving no help, infact they made it worse.
So one rep suggested I use the forums to seek help. Not holding my breath.
