Enterprise Account Support

I have been on and off the phone for about 4.5 Hours this morning trying to get in touch with the enterprise team. I have now been hung up on twice while after waiting on hold for over an hour. I now am being transferred to teams who say they can't help me and transfer me back to this hold line. 

How do I report this issue? 

How do I get in touch with the account rep or supervisor connected to my account?

That's a business account, yes?  Wish I had a better answer for you, but the only thing I can think of is to use the Business Support link.  Scroll down to the bottom of the forum page and look under the Support section.  There are several different business support numbers listed in the main website the last I'd looked some time ago.  Or try live chat from your account where you type "live agent" to get a real person?
