Error redeeming Chromebook reward

I am trying to redeem my reward for the Samsung Chromebook and Galaxy buds which were offered when signing up for Fios home internet offer. This offer is ready for redemption  but getting below error when I try to redeem it (multiple times): 


"There was an error when adding this Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Go on us + Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 promotion to your Verizon account. Please try again later.
