I don't think there's any way to figure out who has accessed your account, but if it were me, I'd at least file a fraud claim with Verizon online:

Change all your passwords and enable 2FA on everything. Wouldn't be a bad idea to check your credit reports too, because there's no telling what else the hacker could've gotten into.
