Executive relations team member not available after leaving voicemail

I have my son's apple watch which I am paying for, and they have not been able to register the number, because of which my son's watch has not been working for a few months now!
On top of it, there is an unauthorized number ( with a apple watch) added to my plan - and I have been given no explaination or solution ON WHY that number and watch is there and who it belongs to?
This issue has been going on for a few months now and they have not resolved it for me! Number ending in xxxxx**** is my son's number which I want to be working asap. The number ending in xxxxx****- is a number I am unaware of, and needs to be removed asap.
I got a voice mail from Executive relations -Marcus but I have not been able to get back in touch. I am not sure if that is even a real person anymore!
Did anyone else encounter such experience?
