My 5G internet was working above par for the last year. Couldn't say enough good thing about it. But about a week before the super bowl everything went south. Getting the circle spiral of death on the internet as well as the Tv. Picture is grainy about 70% of the time, getting messages from provides that we can't access show we selected or the spinning circle. Internet as well. Wife uses it for work but lately it is horrible. Searching on the intent takes for ever for a page to load. Tried to pay some bills and I keep getting timed out before I get to finish. Please, please do not insult we with, did you change the location of the 5G unit?, disconnect the unit, wait 10 seconds and re-connect, power cycle the unit? And no, we did not plant any new trees in our yard. Absolutely nothing has changed. I have tried everything I've found online ( when I can get on it) and nothing has helped. Some assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. I really don't want to change providers but my wife is insisting.
