I received a Verizon Stream Box when I switched to Verizon Fios Internet and TV about three years ago. I have recently set up the stream box again for use after checking it out initially, but not really having need to use it. I loaded the FIOS TV Home app for viewing my Fios TV channels on the box, but when trying to use it, It tells me "No Streaming Device connection detected ... which is required to use this device...". My question is if there is an additional charge to do this. I could connect my phone or tablet to the same TV and use Fios TV Mobile app to do this for free, but would like to use the stream box. It would be ridiculous if already paying over $150 per month for Fios TV package & Internet that Verizon would add an additional charge to watch what I already pay for on a streaming box they gave me.
