Failure to Ship Order

On the April 18th, I placed an order for two new lines that Verizon said they would pay off during the switch, but I must order two new lines and start a contract on them. Verizon was happy to take the money, but not to deliver the items as promised in the 19th, and not pay off the devices with T Mobile. After speaking to several representatives and getting rude, hateful, racist, or flat out abusive responses and silent abuse for 6 hours, a rep at the local store contacted Customer Care and got them to agree to have the items shipped on the 19th of April. The items however, never shipped. I placed a BBB complaint against Verizon regarding this matter. Verizon Executive Support contacted me and sent two emails. Then, suddenly, just like the representatives previously, they never responded again either. Amazing, right? The executive support agent is "Summer." Just so everyone knows who I am speaking about after speaking to literally 30 in total. So, it seems to me that Verizon has a culture of racism, abuse, and hateful behaviors. It seems to stem from the top down. If this is how this company operates, then count me out. I don't agree with foul behaviors, nor do I agree with treating your customers so poorly. Better wake up and fix all of this.  I recorded all of the racism, the silent abuse, the rudeness, the unwillingness to follow through on the contract, and Summer's behavior as well because I refused to talk with Summer over the phone and required her to contact me through email so I have a record of the conversation that I can prove with date and timestamps. To anyone reading this, I highly suggest you find a new carrier after your contract is up, or simply switch if you can. Switching to Verizon was a mistake.

Then lied about shipping devices. Go figure.

Verizon is extremely crooked and lies about literally everything. Then they try to silence people exposing their lies.
