First off I just want to say I absolutely despise Verizon and it's awful sales tactics.
I recently had a conversation with a CSR Named "Nadine" who literally made me not despise Verizon nearly as much. She went above and beyond, was the most compassionate, kind hearted, literally the most amazing customer service representative I've ever dealt with in my entire 35 years on this earth.
Verizon you need recognize your best CSRS and give them $50,000 severance packages.
Good choice hiring Nadine, Verizon 🙌
