Finally resolved a 3 month issue

Sesalena with Verizon customer service has been the ABSOLUTE biggest blessing!!! I opened an acct and Verizon completely screwed up everything and gave me the run around for three months about fixing the issue. The issue was causing my bill to soar an extra hundred dollars per month. Sesalena  took my call did not get off of the phone until my transfer was initiated. She stood on her word when she said she would call me back and she called me back every single time she said she would. I have been told by so many countless number of reps that they would fix my issue, and or return my call and they didn’t neither. This has been ongoing headaches. She made the correct adjustments to my billing. She fixed my promotional credit that y’all  taken off mistakenly. She assured my transfer was complete and she is now in the process of fixing another error that occurred which no one not even management with financial services would take the time and investigate when I am 1000% adamant that it is also a Verizon issue. For the high cost of Verizon services, 1 would think that Verizon would hire more cheerful, accommodating, understanding, compassionate representatives however, that is not the case. Since being with them, and it has only been three months, I have had nothing BUT Poor customer service or rushed service. This one representative has caused me to stay with Verizon. Her patience, caring and concerns have allowed me to give Verizon another try to get it right. She’s very much appreciated.
