I can't login to my Verizon account from my laptop or my phone. I get this error: For security purposes, your online account has been locked. You now need to reset your password to access My Verizon.

When I try to reset my password I get this error:  

Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time.

Go to Send a Txt Message now.

 

It just goes around in circles without letting me change my password.
