I understand this community is for collaboration. With enough people, we could help influence Verizon to offer some type of bill forgiveness or assistance. With over 3.2 million members in the community and over 124 million cell phone and internet customers... & no forgiveness to anyone is kind of heartless considering the hardships some of us face day to day. It would be nice to have a company that's net worth is over $168 BILLION dollars actually support/assist their customers.
I agree!…My internet provider, Kinetic By Windstream gave me a forgiveness and they credited my full $400 bill! My services had been disconnected due to non payment because I had fallen behind and they credited all! I didn’t even have to ask! I’ve been wondering if Verizon offered something similar
