I have been on the phone over the course of a few hours with Verizon over this issue and was told to file a formal complaint, yet there’s nowhere that I am seeing to create one.
I was on chat on March 30th to learn about switching over from AT&T to Verizon with the iPhone deal to get a new line and have a new phone on Verizon. I asked the chat agent, Karl, specifically if I would have Max and Netflix without ads for $10 a month, and he said yes, that he was unable to do it online but that I could get it switched over in store. I’ve been told by multiple people now that this isn't true.
Do I need to file it somewhere else or what do I need to do? This was very much starting off on the wrong foot with Verizon, among other things that’s been happening over the course of a few days.
