I have already filed formal complaints with BBB, FCC and so on and want to warn other "potential Verizon customers" that 95% of their fraud dept reps are unknowledgeable and not trained well ! Verizon doesn't care when these reps deem you as "not who you say you are" &/or "unable to verify your identity" even though Verizon's own credit dept and same fraud dept was able to verify me and approved my credit app. the day before and earlier today 4 different times??!! But can't verify me the next day when absolutely nothing has changed?! How is that even possible?? Furthermore, how can you say I'm not who i say i am even after submitting my government issued drivers license, my social security card and a current utility bill? Even when I ask if I can bring those 3 docs to a Verizon store to confirm authenticity and proof of my identity always the same (scripted response) "we understand you may have questions but in the interest and security of consumers can not answer your questions". Seriously? I wasn't asking anything like that, i wanted to know if i could prove my identity any other way like going into a Corporate Verizon store with my government issued docs??!! But eventually a supervisor told me that once their dept (fraud ) deems "unverified" or "denied" its a permanent decision and nothing can be done. I have already posted of my experience with Verizon on my vlog for small business owners with 22k followers and warned others not to switch to Verizon!!
