Fraud department suspended all lines

Was speaking with Fraud Department (aptly named in my opinion) and in the middle of that call VZ suspended all 4 lines on the account. Borrowed phone from neighbor to call back and the rep tells me she cannot help me. I asked her who can I speak with to get this fixed, she says 'who would you like to speak to?'. Are you kidding me???

I switched over from t-mobile to VZ and now I am stuck in a Twilight Zone. This type of customer service ion this day and age is shameful

John and I had a few exchanges and he seems to be listening.

Today, I am working on another problem. I have 4 Mobile lines and Fios. Yesterday, the salesperson talked me into upgrading to Fios 1G with the promise of discount through the Home + Mobile program. Seemed like a no-brainer. Except, neither he nor anyone else can get me enrolled into the Home + Mobile program. Have already spent 1 hour speaking with different teams (customer support, test). Help!!!!

Unbelievable, but now my Fios service has gone down and remote work for me and wife is toast - VZ tech support says a technician will have to come and replace the ONT.

Coincidence? Something more nefarious? Who know!!

Disconnect lines were re-connected.

 

New issue:

 

Picked up E3200 extender from store (I have a CR1000A router). Turns out E3200 extender and CR1000A router are incompatible for WiFi pairing (can only connect then via ethernet cable, which defeats the purpose of the extender). Told I have to downgrade my router (another trip to store or wait for delivery).

This is basic due diligence that is missing on VZ!

Can someone please point me in the right direction? I just started my plan a little over a week ago and my account is now suspended for fraud suspicious activity. All because the day after I started my account I was contacted by a Verizon agent telling me that I was eligible for another free iphone 15 if I wanted to add another line. Of course i say okay. The other line was for my mother who lives in New Hampshire, I live in New York City. Long story short my account was flagged for fraudulent activity because I only had my service for two days and tried to have the new line delivered to my mother. That's understandable, well when I uploaded all my documents I was told that they couldn't verify that it's actual me!!?! I was hung up on and line immediately shut off. No explanation why? No other solutions considering I financed a cellphone through them for 36 months only had it one week I haven't even got to pay my first bill yet. What do I do? So that's just it? They assume it's not me and I have no way to verify my identity? I uploaded my driver's license, social, lease, also my credit card statement which all have my address on them which matches the address on file. Also went in person to the corporate office in Manhattan. Still no answes?

I just had the same issue as a new customer and was able to get it resolved. I wasn't able to send you a private message. If you can message me I can share with you my experience and what steps I took.
