I went to go order a new phone through Verizon. Everything got approved. They took the money out of my account and then I received an email saying that I need to verify my Identity so i sent in all the documents I asked I sent in My car registration in a bank statement and they still couldn’t verify my identity even though they said it was OK if I sent my car registration. After talking to six different people They all said that my application is in the process of being canceled for fraudulent And that I can’t get service to Verizon going forward. I’m very confused on why I am being Kind of blacklisted from getting service when all I try to do was get a phone. 

Forgot to mention I also asked if I can send any other documents or go to the store and they said no they can’t talk about my case that is under investigation. So I need help on what to do because it’s not fair and I have all the proof of everything to verify that, that is making  purchase.
