The CEO need to understand what the issue is down below. Not surprising call center is overseas and they handle fraud cases? What do overseas rep understand about fraud in the US? This is by far the most hilarious process I've seen in my life! I was going to move my service from T-Mobile to VZW. Process my application online and uploaded the required documents. I get an email to call the fraud dept. So i phoned them and was told your application is denied. Rep says we cannot provide you reasons why because of Consumer Privacy Laws and just told me he will hang up on me and cannot help me. Called back again and spoke to another rep and went thru my info and got an email of approval only to be told it was an error. I was denied again. Phoned back the 3rd time and finally got someone in the US and told me I was denied service and can only get prepaid service. Told me not to apply again for 6 months as I will be denied again. Got to say this is by far the worse process I've seen and you are wondering why you are not gaining as many customers as your rivals. I will be moving our corporate VZW account over to T-mobile.
