Gateway returns

How can I return Gateway. Considering another provider if this is not resolved.

If you have not already disconnected your service, print a return equipment label through your My Verizon account.  Then package up all the requisite items into a box and take it to a UPS store for shipping.  But, if you've already disconnected service, you're going to have to wrangle with Verizon until they send you a shipping label because all account access is revoked as soon as you terminate service.  Unfortunately, this is a gigantic hassle of epic proportions, as there is a huge discussion elsewhere in the forums about trying to get the fabled "return kit".

Why Verizon makes this such a pain, don't know.  ☹️
