Has anyone been able to contact a Regional Manager for the Philadelphia area? I needed help with poor service for both Fios customer service AND in store Verizon customer service within the same week. When I called their 800 number they acted as if I were some rube that fell off the bus yesterday. Iโll be going bye-bye shortly if I donโt get the information I need. I really would like someone I can email.
