Ordered Fios home internet 300mbps a few weeks ago. Promo says $24.99, with premium unlimited Mobile service. Got the first bill a few days ago and it had $59.99/mo, plus $10 monthly rental for an extender. Customer service (online agent)was able to remove the rental fee as I never requested for an extender but bounced me back and forth several times as the FIos team was not able to verify my mobile subscription level. Please help to resolve.
