Hi. I redeemed a promotional gift card from Verizon back in Feb 2025. However, I have no idea how to use it. Where can I find it in order to apply it towards my bill? Verizon chat was less than helpful.

Hello JimL29. Gift cards are sent to the email address that was used when originally signing up for the rebate. If you do not see the gift card in your email, please check your spam folder. Let us know if you're having any issues tracking it down. - Sara
