Haven’t Received My Device Or My REFUND

I PLACE AN ORDER WHICH WAS NEVER RECEIVED DUE TO FEDEX DELIVERING WITH-OUT REQUIRING A SIGNATURE WHICH I BELIEVE IS CRUCIAL FOR ENSURING THAT PACKAGES REACH THE INTENDED RECIPIENT SAFELY.WHICH DEFINITELY TOOK A DISAPPOINTING TURN DUE TO ISSUES WITH FEDEX’s HANDLING OF THE PACKAGE. UPON PLACING MY ORDER I RECEIVED CONFIRMATION FROM VERIZON THAT MY PACKAGE WOULD BE SHIPPED PROMPTLY, THE FEDEX SHOWS A TIMESTAMP FOR DELIVERY BUT THE VERIFICATION PROCESS SEEMED INADEQUATE.I REACHED OUT TO VERIZONS CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO REPORT THE ISSUE BUT STILL NOTHING
