Help with Verizon Cloud for Life

Can someone from the Verizon Cloud team help me? My mom and I had to change our cellular service to another carrier due to poor coverage in my area and I accidentally forgot to back-up my Verzion Cloud photos. Due to a misunderstanding on what we needed to do, I just set-up my new Cloud for Life account yesterday and my photo's are due to be purged today. I've sent 2 emails to the team, one last night and one this afternoon but haven't gotten a response. Additionally, I called Verizon but apparently the only way to contact that team is via email so I'm stuck.
