Helping Verizon do what’s right … the easy way

Hello. 15 years loyal customer.  I would like to say your customer service reps are high caliber and a pleasure to work with.  Verizon the company on the other hand has given me strange and un-necessary grief via unclear promtions/promises and extensive run around.  I must say, Verizon, you have badly affected my health.  My advice is that when you run a promotion that you give out flyers or a link for exact timing and instructions for redeeming promos; for promo issues m, I think you will find this effort greatly decreases customer and your workers hardship.  I hope, Verizon, you can make us all “healthy” again.
