I just upgraded my phone from a Pixel 2 XL to a Pixel 8 Pro. They wanted me to go unlimited but I usually only used 2% of my 2Gigs each month so I declined. After 10 days I checked my usage and I had used all of my 2Gig plus into the 1 gig carry over.
This really ticked me off and I spent over an hour talking to different people to try to figure it out.
I think Verizon is trying to pressure use into the unlimited plan, which I reluctantly changed to , and also the Verizon home Internet plan which I have not gone over to.
I will definitely be looking for another carrier.
