Not able to login my account from website or app over 10 days. when i login it says reset password and then information will be sent to your billing address. spent hours chatting and talking to customer service to no avail, they all did the two same procedures, had me speak to someone else or unregister and register account which did not work. can someone who works for verizon actually unlock my account please. i need to pay the internet bill soon.

I'm astonished nobody has been able to unlock your account. Have you tried dialing #PMT on your phone, or using the one-time bill pay site where you don't have to login to My Verizon?

If all else fails, you can pay your bill in person at a corporate Verizon store. But I sure hope you get that account issue straightened out soon. That's horrible if Verizon is making it hard for customers to pay the bill, because it's not like we don't need to pay the bill if we can't login!
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
