I am unable to get any help from Verizon support for 3 issues. I devoted an entire day to dealing with several helpful people who either don’t know what they are doing or don’t have authority to fix these problems. (1) There is an unauthorized extender connected to my account. Billing acknowledges it is there and has said it will be removed but it is still giving internet to unknown devices. (2) Home Network Protection is useless and only creates problems and I want to permanently delete it from the account.(3) I sign up for facial recognition every time I visit the app and get a Verizon notice I have signed up. Every time I return to the app I’m asked for a password. I want to leave Verizon. I thought Spectrum was bad but this is far worse.

We want all three of these issues resolved for you ASAP. Having your billing correct without any features that you do not want, and your facial recognition working are so crucial. A private message is being sent to assist you further.
