Good by Verizon. Your customer service is horrible. Good luck trying to get a live person on the phone or once you can get through to an agent in a chat that it is one that can understand English. They have no problem when you want to buy something but when their service/equipment is malfunctioning forget it. They are way too expensive to have such poor customer service After The Sale. T-Mobil here I come.
