Horrible customer service/ bad service

Verizon is literally horrible and too expensive for the bad service & customer service we get. I recently switched my phone to another service due to the service always going out and I use my phone for work so it’s a must have, having  my phone service work all the time. Service goes out  sometimes days at a time we get nothing for the inconvenience. Bill still high  for service we’re not receiving anyways I still have my wifi set up with them and because I switched my phone it doesn’t allow me to login into my app, so I went to the Verizon store just for them to tell me they couldn’t help me pay my bill or get a new login for my app and that I had to call customer service. I call customer just to spend 30+ minutes on someone repeating themselves to me about how to register when I already registered and it is still not showing my bill. I asked for my account number to try to link it another way HE TELLS ME HE CANT GIVE IT TO ME he said he was going to try to do it manually! He told me he was going to send a code to my number WHEN I ALREADY SAID MULTIPLE TIMES THAT IS WAS WI-FI so when I said how am I gonna see the code it’s a Wi-Fi box he said oh yeah. A complete joke is was Verizon is. Save your money!
