Delay of account information through our online account.
Houston (Texas ) metropolitan area experienced severe weather the evening of Thursday 16 May 2024, a derecho. Wide power outages. Power is not fully restored as of Wed. 22 May 2024.
Our online Verizon account, which is usually very good at updating daily data usage, call minutes, number of texts for 5 devices, has not updated since night of 16 May 2024.
Seeking info from those in the know what they've learned about when this service will be restored. We have not called Verizon customer service yet. Thought we could gather useful info here first.
